Step 6: Meet The Team Day at Franchise Sales and Support Center
Meet the support team at our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona.

- At the end of the day or soon after, you will be awarded a SYNERGY HomeCare franchise.

Step 7: Prepare for Training
Your Pre-Opening Business Consultant will assist you with every aspect of your business, from preparing your business, to understanding the home care industry, to setting up your office and more.
Step 8: Attend Training at the Franchise Sales and Support Center
Attend a 5-day, intensive training session in Gilbert, Arizona conducted by subject-matter experts from all disciplines of your new business. Learn from our team of experts with a wealth of home care experience and in-depth knowledge in this market.
Step 9: Congratulate Yourself, You’re In Business
You’ve taken control of your future and have started down a personally and professionally gratifying career path.
You will participate in ongoing training sessions at your franchise milestones, to take your business to the next level and further you and your employees’ skill sets.
