- You’ll see a presentation of the Synergy HomeCare system, participate in a live demonstration of our software, and engage with your support team and coaches.
- At the end of the day, you will be awarded a Synergy HomeCare franchise, sign the agreement and pay the franchise fee.
- Congratulations! You have now joined the Synergy HomeCare family as a franchise owner.

- Your Start-Up Coach will assist you with every aspect of your business, from preparing your business, to understanding the home care industry, to setting up your office and more.
Step 10: Attend Training at Corporate Headquarters
- Attend a 5-day, intensive training session conducted by subject-matter experts from all disciplines of your business. Learn from our team that has extensive home care experience and backgrounds.
Step 11: Congratulate Yourself, You’re In Business
- You’ve taken control of your future and have started down a personally and professionally gratifying career path.
You will participate in ongoing training sessions at your franchise milestones, to take your business to the next level and further you and your employees’ skill set.
