Synergy HomeCare territories are based on population. Each
territory will have a total population of at least 225,000 and within that, an
age 65 and over population of at least 20,000. Once we’ve found the
population density that we need, we actually define the territories using zip
codes. When you purchase a territory from Synergy HomeCare, you’re
essentially purchasing a group of zip codes that you’ve locked in as your
service area. Under our model you can actually operate up to three
contiguous territories from one physical office location. Please use the
