Review the UFOC after the approval of your Qualification Questionnaire
The Synergy HomeCare Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) is provided to qualified candidates
following receipt and preliminary approval of your questionnaire. The UFOC provides detailed system
information about our company, executive management, sample agreement, etc.
Visit us at our corporate headquarters.
Our staff will schedule your enrollment in our Discovery Days held at our headquarters in Gilbert,
Arizona. During this visit you will meet our corporate staff, view a presentation of the Synergy
HomeCare systems and support, and visit a franchise office. Learn more about
Discovery Day. Following your Discovery Day attendance, your request for a franchise territory
with Synergy HomeCare will then be reviewed by the Franchisee Review Board for final approval.
Become a Synergy HomeCare franchise owner.
Once approved and your geographic territory is defined, the franchise agreements are prepared for
signatures and initial franchise fee is paid.
Synergy HomeCare University training scheduled.
Startup materials are provided and a one week training class date is scheduled.
